Refund Policy

1. The short version
Everything we sell is a digital product delivered instantly. Because a download can't be "returned", refunds are limited — but if a product genuinely doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, you get your money back.
2. When you qualify for a refund
- The product doesn't work as described on its product page, on a supported QBCore setup, and our support couldn't resolve the problem within a reasonable time.
- You were charged twice, or charged for something you never received.
- You bought the same product twice by mistake.
3. When a refund isn't available
- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- The product conflicts with third-party or heavily modified resources outside its stated requirements.
- You didn't follow the included installation instructions and declined support.
- The product was part of a clearly marked non-refundable sale or bundle.
4. How to request one
Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase from the email you ordered with. Include your order number and a description of the problem — screenshots or console output speed things up a lot.
We'll usually reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your provider may take a few business days to show it.
5. Chargebacks
Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve almost everything faster ourselves. Fraudulent chargebacks result in revoked licenses and a store ban.
